Stoneybatter Xmas Tree Lighting

Time to sparkle!

Are you enjoying the Stoneybatter Christmas Lights? Well there is more!

At 7pm Friday 7th December, meet at the Millennium Stone (at the triangle across from the Credit Union opposite Kavanaghs) for the official lighting of the Stoneybatter Christmas Tree by the  Lord Mayor of Dublin, Nial Ring & Dublin City Council.

Get into the spirit of Xmas with carol singing by the Stanhope St. School Choir plus a piper too! See you all there.

Zumbathon® for Raíces de Venezuela

Come dance with them for a good cause!!!

Six instructors will put all their good energy and choreography during two hours of music and fun for the benefit of the dance group Raices de Venezuela.

Raices de Venezuela is a group of dances dedicated to show and highlight traditional Venezuelan dance in Irish lands. There are many events and competitions in which they have participated, leaving their heart in each presentation.

This zumbathon is to collect funds for clothing, logistics, equipment rental, among many other things the volunteers can not afford so they can continue spreading Venezuelan culture even more!

Join and have an afternoon packed with fun, Zumba and Latin music.
