Just because it’s Sunday doesn’t mean the weekend is completely over! Why not treat yourself to one more indulgence before the weekday starts again. We can grantee that this list of best places to go for Sunday lunch is far better than your canteen or packed lunch you have during the week.

First on our list of indulgence is

The Exchequer

If you are planning on making your dining a full day’s activity “The Exchequer” is the place to go. As it only serves roasts on Sunday you will need to book in advance (we would advise booking on Friday). However that pre-planning is completely worth it as you will have the whole weekend to look forward to a mouth watering dining experience.

Now if you’re like me and are trying to survive on a student budget the following restaurants may be more in your price range.

Food Coma on St Stephen’s Green

The name is entirely appropriate as that is the only thing you will be experiencing when you leave this sunday evening. Food Coma provides a traditional roast dinner for a very reasonable price. Their large portions and fair pricing will leave your tummy and wallet feeling full.

Sinnots on st Stephens Green

If your looking to have a quick lunch but don’t want to miss out on taste or atmosphere Sinnots on St Stephens Green is the place to go. At Sinnots you can get a full Sunday Roast dinner with no hassel of pre-booking or not getting value for your money.

O’Neills Bar & Restaurant, 2 Suffolk Street

If you are pushed for time or want a carvery in the evening instead O’Neills Bar & Restaurant serves carvery until 10.30 pm every night. The food is great the selection is good and the portions is massive.
