{:en}The IFI Family Festival is an option for the summer holidays in Dublin

According to the weather forecast, the next few days will be rainy. Rain in Dublin? What is new? I know. But if you want to avoid getting wet you could go to the cinema.

The IFI Family Festival returns tomorrow with film adventures from around the world, workshops, activities and a special gala preview of the latest Pixar work, Inside Out!

The event  brings a selection of family films, many of them national premieres and for some the only chance to see them on the big screen in Ireland.

Beside watching films, the public can learn how to screen print, illustrate a picture book and make your own film trailer in the  workshops.

On the opening night, the staff promise a mix of emotions. The special event “ A major emotion commotion” is the time to open your heart and not hide your feelings.

The Festival goes on until Sunday at Irish Film Institute on Temple Bar area. Information about getting tickets and the programme, visit the Festival website.{:}
