Guns N’Roses Fire Again

Guns N’ Roses’ “classic” line-up played their first gig together in 23 years at LA’s Troubadour club on Friday night.

It was the first time since july 1993 when the frontman Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan have performed together on-stage.

This was the setlist :

It’s So Easy, Mr. Brownstone, Chinese Democracy, Welcome to the Jungle, Double Talkin’ Jive, Live and Let Die (Wings cover), Rocket Queen, You Could Be Mine, Speak Softly Love” (Andy Williams cover), Sweet Child O’ Mine, New Rose” (The Damned cover), Better, Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, My Michelle, Nightrain, The Seeker” (The Who cover), Paradise City.

Tickets were just $10.00 and they will play twenty more times this season.

For the last few weeks there were rumours that Axl Rose would join AC/DC for their tour. Just to replace Brian Johnson who has problems with health and risks deafness.

AC/DC‘s representatives have responded saying they have “nothing official to announce”.
