Tiger Dublin Fringe
Tiger Dublin Fringe is an annual arts festival that takes place throughout different venues in Dublin. Every September, there are buildings and some outdoor spaces full of artists and almost 1,000 visitors.
This multidisciplinary festival includes nearly 800 events. The programme is very diverse, you can choose from performances in theatre, music, art, circus, dance, and gaming. Participants are comprised of, for example, Lords of Strut, and their late night TV talk show goes on in The Project Arts Centre Cube. Sketchy Productions and their one hour stand up show called Liga, Lube and a Bottle of Gin in The International Bar and Collapsing Horse that presents The Aeneid, an ancient Latin epic in Smock Alley Theatre.
The Tiger Dublin Fringe started already on 10th of September but you still have 6 days to enjoy the festival.

IFI Documentary Film Festival
The Documentary Film Festival presented by The Irish Film Institute is back. It takes place in the centre of Dublin from 22nd to 25th of September.
You will have a chance to see 13 feature films: an original international one and some Irish documentaries. Werner Herzog, screenwriter and film director, will present Lo and Behold: Reveries of The Connected World. The opening night screening of Mattress Men directed by Colm Quinn, Paul Kelly and Michael Flynn and The Land of the Enlightened that is presented by Pieter-Jan De Pue.

Bulmers Comedy Festival
The Bulmers Comedy Festival began in Dublin on 8th of September and continues to 1st of October. Shows are every Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout the month. The festival boasts of line-up with at least 16 top comedians, from both Ireland and abroad: multi-award winning act and two-time award winner for Best Male Comedian Johan Glans from Sweden or Scottish Comedian of the Year award winner Mark Nelson.
Organizers expected over 5,000 visitors. They can enjoy great acts, drink promotions and competitions. It’s all happening at the Laughter Lounge comedy club in the centre of Dublin.

Dublin Theatre Festival
The Dublin Theatre Festival is an annual event that will run from 29th of September to 16th of October. The goal is to present the best artists, theatre-makers and audiences from Ireland and around the world. It comes with new plays, cutting edge work and various programme elements.
Visitors will see more than 20 performances. One of them is a mesmerizing live contemporary dance, visual art and theatre performance These Rooms directed by David Bolger and Louise Lowe. The other is Ireland Shed a Tear directed by Anthony Fox, a play written to commemorate the first anniversary of the Carrickmines tragedy
