Lemme Talk Launch Night at Poetry Ireland (5)

In partnership with Slam Sunday, Lemme Talk is a new open mic night held on the first Monday of every month at Poetry Ireland.

It’s a non-competitive open mic, where all performers and poets are welcome to show their work in front of a friendly audience. Each night will feature special guests. Today we will be joined by spoken word artists Felispeaks and Dylan Coburn Gray.

Men at Play at The Complex (€12+)

Winner of the Best Theatre Production Award at the Galway Fringe Festival 2018, Men at Play explores male identity through the lives of two brothers Fergus and Fionn, one straight and one gay, in a hilarious and heartbreaking combination of drama, dance and song.

Held nightly November 5th-10th at The Complex, this is a performance not to be missed.

Irish set dancing at Ned O Shea’s (free)

Every Monday evening from 9pm Ned O’Sheas banishes the monday blues, filling the air with traditional music and set dancers, both professional and amateur alike.

Both locals and visitors come to watch and learn Ireland’s oldest dance.

All are welcome to join in for the ceol and the craic!
