Uprise Festival was originally born in Amsterdam with a goal of putting the people first and technology second, promising no public wifi to all attendees. This event is designed so that it does not appear as a conference, and will have no wifi, event app or public speakers. Instead they offer 23 different workshops, 150 companies ranging from Microsoft to Facebook and even 5 after parties! The festival is a great opportunity for people to network in the technology and development business.
