Don’t know what to do on this cloudy Tuesday? Why don’t we start off this week with some entertainment or good food? These are Babylon Radio’s Top 5 events for 28 January 2020 in Dublin.
It will be a unique experience to attend a traditional Chinese banquet with cuisine inspired by China’s golden age, albeit with a contemporary twist. Guests will also be invited to dress up in traditional costumes at the dinner. The costumes themselves will be provided by the restaurant.

Like all festivals, Chinese New Year is an exciting time for children. During Chinese New Year celebrations, they can expect to receive new clothes and red envelopes stuffed with money, enjoy a week off school and eat lots of delicious food. During this talk, Dr Isabella Jackson will explore the lives of Chinese children over the past century.
