Straight from the Alliance Française Dublin arrived the master cooking class directed by the French Chef Aymar Gourdet, also known as Le Skinny Chef. During this 3-course meal demonstration, you will have the chance to follow steps to steps the strategic moves of the chef while understanding the accurate process of cooking some parfait de volaille / coq au vin & purée de célery / crème brulée. Don’t be scared off by the “pretentious” French cuisine: it’s actually admission free.

The Ruby Sessions:Music EVERY Tuesday night: Dublin City

The Ruby Sessions of live music are one of those certain things you can always rely on since 1999. Every Tuesday, such as today, the Doyles Bar hosts an acoustic music night. Four original acts play a stripped back set in front of a completely silent candlelit room each week. You just need to get there on time for the first session, at 9.30pm,  and just enjoy the relaxed ambience. Fun fact: Ruby sessions are quite known to come up with some very famous singers and artists. So, don’t miss out that much time. You’ll never know who can show up. Not to mention the great atmosphere of the Doyles Bar just outside the Trinity College. Frankly, you got all the ingredients for a great Tuesday night.

Colm Mcglinchey will host the night presenting a list of interesting comedians, starting with Stephen Mullan and Stephen Harmon and many many others!
