Debut Festival: The Directors Roast

Looking for a laugh on this mad and manic Monday evening? Check out Debut Festival’s Director’s Roast! This feature is a comedy central-style-roast of some of the directors from Trinity College’s talented theatre & drama department. This is also a great opportunity for new/international students to get a feel for TCD’s drama community and all the fun it has to offer!

We-Bloom Sessions – Prizm / Christian Cohle

Get excited, this week We-Bloom is featuring PRIZM – an Irish electronic music duo known for a techno-dance-pop soundscape that’ll get you bumpin. Having performed anywhere from Electric Picnic to New York City’s Lincoln Centre, this duo offers a hybrid of techno and dance as well as ‘mind-blowing visuals and custom projection mapping’ to really get you going on the dance floor. The Bare Reality: A Vagina Dialogue – Laura Dodsworth in conversation with Tara Flynn

Capping off our top 5 events in Dublin this Monday, is the the first day of Red Line Book Festival. Join in as actor/comedian/activist Tara Flynn and photographer/author Laura Dodsworth discuss Womanhood: The Bare Reality. A collection of moving photographs and stories, Womanhood is the final piece in Dodsworth’s trilogy The Bare Reality centering around sexuality, gender identity, and ‘the very complicated relationships  we have with our bodies.’ This is an exciting opportunity to hear first hand the inspiration, technique, and execution of this incredibly powerful series.
