Self, Self and Self!

When I was looking for events for this weekend, I saw this event about how to improve our self-esteem. I took lots of courses when I studied Psychology at college. So, I can say that ‘self’ is really important especially , these 3; self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-worth.

Self-concept is your subjective description of who you think you are-filtered though your perceptions. Self-esteem is related to your self-concept/who you are. Self-worth is your evaluation of your worth. And self-efficacy is your belief in your ability to perform.

It is good improve your self-esteem for better quality of life. This workshop involves
skills to boost confidence and self esteem, how to “refuel” yourself, coping mechanisms to manage tricky situations and stress. Also some take home tools.
