What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Coordinate & Collaborate: Coordinate with show hosts, guests, and contributors. You will also work closely with the team to drive audience engagement and grow our listener base.
• Troubleshoot & Improve: Monitor and troubleshoot streaming quality and technical issues. You will constantly be open to improving or incorporating new aspects to enhance the listener experience.

The Role

We’re looking for a Radio Presenter who is passionate about music, a natural communicator, and eager to host engaging shows. You will be instrumental in creating the tone of the station, establishing relationships with listeners, and serving as the communicative image of the radio. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Host Engaging Shows: Host live and pre-recorded radio shows on topics like music, culture, and community stories. Engage with listeners and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Content Creation: Plan, research, and write your own scripts. Generate original and creative ideas that will engage the audience and align with Babylon Radio’s vision.
• Technical & Operational Skills: Use broadcasting equipment and software to ensure high-quality sound production for your shows. You’ll need to react quickly to any problems or changes during a broadcast.
• Community Engagement: Promote your shows on social media, encourage audience interaction, and represent Babylon Radio at events to build connections with the community.
