Joining the Dublin Donut scene is the newest tasty location: Creamed Cookies. They have arrived in Arnotts and are well worth a visit. If you don’t believe me, believe the pictures.
They serve a variety of donuts, cookies, cookie ice cream sandwiches and coffee.
Their range of donut flavours include:
The Chocoholic – Nutella and cream filling (need I say any more?)
The Mc Gregor – Carrot cake filling with vanillna frosting (who ever came up with this flavour is a genius)
The S’more – Marshmallow filling, chocolate topping
The Boston Creme
The Dulce de Leche – Vanilla fudge icing and almonds
The Hallie Berry – A ring donut with raspberry icing and shortbread crumbs
Is What It Is – Peanut Butter Jelly
Nuts About You – Caramel glaze with crushed nuts
Forest Gump – Black Forest Gateaux
They have various ice cream flavours and toppings to go with the cookie sandwiches.
You can choose from cookies including oatmeal, chocolate, red velvet, white chocolate, snicker doodle and good ol’ chocolate chip (if you haven’t had a snicker doodle cookie what is wrong with you go now and try one please).
If you head to Arnotts, you’ll find Creamed Cookies at the side entrance (Liffey St), opposite M&S.
