How to Request Account Deletion

- Provide account details: Please include the email address or username associated with your Babylon account.
- Confirm deletion: Our team will confirm your request and guide you through any remaining steps to finalize account deletion.
Types of Data Deleted
When you request account deletion, we remove:
- Personal information: such as name, email, address, and other identifying data.
- App usage data: including any preferences, settings, and saved progress tied to your account.
- Any content you have posted: for example, comments, reviews, or uploads that were linked to your account.
Data Retention Policy
- Immediate deletion: The above data will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 days after your request is confirmed.
- Limited retention (if applicable): Certain information (e.g., billing records, legal documentation) may be retained for a legally required timeframe, but it will no longer be associated with your deleted account.
