Niall Horan and Lewis Capaldi put up a surprise busking performance. They were spotted joining a young buskers on-going session and ended up playing many songs, some of Niall Horan’s originals as well. The ex-member of the much-acclaimed boyband One direction has returned to his hometown, Mullingar as they were hosting the Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann.

Fleadh Cheoil is a non-profit fundraising organisation which took place between the 31st of July to the 7th of August. The festival includes live music and events, it is organised every year by a single town or city and it has been held in several parts of Ireland previously; such as Sligo, Tullamore, and Mullingar among others.
This year however the festival turned even more special as Niall Horan lent his support which led to huge crowds of people flocking to the festival to witness the festival and to get a glimpse of the pop star. Social media practically blew up with fans uploading photos and videos of the star busking and walking around the streets. Niall was later also seen joining local traditional Irish musicians as he played music in different bars.
Along with Niall, also spotted was his Scottish friend Lewis Capaldi who is also a singer and songwriter. They were spotted walking around the streets of Mullingar where they are rumoured to be filming their next advert for Guinness and visiting the Joe Dolans statue in town. They were also seen visiting several other businesses and shops as they were meeting and greeting people. People on the streets were awestruck and kept trying to film the singer and his friend as they walked past, they were constantly bombarded with cameras and phones however the two of them seemed to be having a good time enjoying together.
