3 injured in Kingsbury shooting
There were shots fired in Kingsbury station in UK on Monday night. Three people were injured in this incident.
The Metropolitan Police officers were called to the scene on Kingsbury Road, Brent, close to Kingsbury Tube station, at about 9.45pm on Monday. Three people, including two men and a woman, were injured.
Two men, aged 18 and 24, and a 30-year-old woman suffered gunshot injuries.They were taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. Only the men remain in hospital while the woman has been discharged.
The UK Police said that the shooting was not terror-related. There have been no arrests so far.
Officers from Brent borough have launched an investigation the shooting alongside detectives from the Met’s Trident specialist gang crime unit. The Kingsbury tube station nearby has been closed temporarily while police carry out enquiries in the area. Roads in the area were also shut.
