Who doesn’t enjoy a good pizza? What about your own ghost/pumpkin/mummy shaped Halloween pizza?
Pumpkin, butternutt squash, turmeric and smoked paprika are the only ingredients of this magnificent Halloween dish. To add some awesome flavour, just grind half of a coconut and stir it into the pumpkin mixture. If you like it spicy, heat some oil until hot in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chiles. Enjoy!
Pumpkin risotto in hollowed-out pumpkin
Empty the pumpkin, cut it in pieces and heat it in the oven at 180º for 30 minutes. After that, just keep adding the rest of the ingredients (cooked rice, onions, vegetable stock, salt, sage, parmesan and pepper) and you’re good to go! Serve it inside the carved pumpkin to get the ultimate Halloween experience!
