The lead singer of the band, David Grohl, has spoken about the album, recently stating how “it’s filled with anthemic, huge, sing-along rock songs. It’s almost like a dance record—not like a EDM, disco, modern dance record. It’s got groove, man”. He then compared it to David Bowie’s Let’s Dance album. After such an extended delay, this is one of the most long awaited albums to be released this year!
