These are positive statements in the present tense, tailored specifically to what you want to attract into your life. For example, if you want to attract more self-confidence into your life, you would say “I’m so happy and grateful for feeling so comfortable on my own skin and being able to trust myself in every step of the way”. You can either say your affirmation out loud or write it down on a page. The key to this method is consistency. You have to repeat that specific affirmation you’ve chosen every day for at least a week or so, enough to get that chain reaction going and meeting the universe half-way there.

There are tons of free manifestation meditations you can do to raise your vibrational energy and feel more aligned with your goals. It’s a great method for those who already have a daily meditation practice, as it can easily be included in that routine.
Here’s when you take your notebook or manifestation journal and write down what you want to attract into your life. But, you have to write it in the present tense as if you’re already living your dream life in which your manifestation came true. Describe how that life looks, what you’ll be doing when the manifestation occurs; the more details, the better. Spend at least 10 minutes doing this with some climatic music in the background for some serious Law of Attraction work.

Here, you close your eyes, maybe play some music, and envision yourself living the life that you want. You make a board filled with what you want to attract into your life, with the images or quotes that resonate the most with it. Let’s say you want to go on a certain trip in the future, then you collect or print images of the places you’ll visit, the hotels you would want to stay at, the fun activities you’ll take part in. It’s a really creative way to manifest, and it also serves as a regular reminder, if you hang it up in your room for example, of your dreams.

It’s all about knowing when to make the shift and pull yourself out of a negative cycle to begin having complete trust in your dreams.
