Matt Micucci is an Italian-born, Galway-based globetrotting arts reporter/content creator/fanatic with degrees in film and graphic design from GMIT, NUIG and UCD. A mainstay on the international film festival scene, he collaborates with several publications and platforms, including as programming director of FRED Film Radio and as the online editor of JAZZIZ Magazine.
Over the years, he has recorded interviews with professionals, including Marina Abramovic, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Asia Argento, Willem Dafoe and many more. In addition, he has programmed arthouse screenings, curated exhibitions and in 2020, he published his first collection of writings on cinema, Eye of the Beholder. (He’s also a vegetarian, a Juventus supporter and loves tattoos).
