Craving Beer? Get Your Drink on at Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is a famous folk festival, which originates in Germany, Munich. It is an annual Bavarian event usually running from the middle September to the beginning of October. Millions of people from around the world visit Oktoberfest every year. Since the 19th Century Germans present their culture and habits including their favorite clothes Dirndl and Lederhosen, a German bratwurst, crepes and the most important Erdinger Oktoberfest beer.

Women in Dirndl and men in Lederhosen will also walk through the streets in Dublin. German Oktoberfest takes place at George’s Dock from the 15th of September to the 2nd of October. There will be a rich programme. You will have a chance to listen Bavarian Band, DJ Udo and visit a Dime Store Records. Organizers of the festival also prepared Theme Nights: Pink Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday and Mondays: Industry. You will not miss a cold Erdinger Oktoberfestbier, black forest Kassler, a German pretzel and more.
