Last year, TheJournal.ie created a poll asking Dubliners if they would cook a pancake for Pancake Tuesday?
25% of Dubliners answered Yes, the more toppings the better, while 13% said they do not like Pancakes or Pancake Tuesday. The majority of the participants (40%) said that would have a pancake but just with lemon juice and syrup and 20% affirmed someone else would be doing the cooking!
